We are adding insurance providers to make therapy more accessible for our clients. Contact us to verify your specific coverage.

I will verify your benefits and provide you with information about your copay, deductible, and coverage details.

Self-Pay Options

For those paying out-of-pocket or whose insurance doesn't cover therapy, we offer competitive self-pay rates.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. I will provide you with an estimate before we begin services.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the full session fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee. Insurance does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
